Terms of Service

Last updated: June 29, 2026

1. Acceptance of these terms

Fated Updates (the “Service”) is operated by VagueDustin Enterprises (“we”, “us”). By signing in to or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. What the Service does

Fated Updates lets administrators of a Discord server configure automated “go-live” notifications for Twitch and Kick streamers. When a monitored streamer begins broadcasting, the Service posts a notification — a rendered card, your custom message, and mentions you choose — to a Discord channel you designate.

3. Accounts, eligibility and third-party platforms

You need a Discord account and the appropriate administrator permissions in any server you configure. You are responsible for activity performed through your account. Your use of the Service must also comply with the terms and policies of Discord, Twitch, Kick, and IGDB, as applicable.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to send spam, harass others, infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights, or violate any law or third-party platform rule. You agree not to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure.

5. Fees and future paid features

The Service is currently provided at no charge. We may introduce paid plans, free trials, usage limits, or premium features in the future. Any such change will be communicated in advance, will apply only on a going-forward basis, and will never retroactively charge you for prior use. Continued use after a pricing change takes effect constitutes acceptance of it.

6. Availability and “as is” disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that every go-live event will be detected and delivered. Live-detection depends on third-party platforms and networks outside our control.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VagueDustin Enterprises will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from missed, delayed, or incorrect notifications, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time by deleting your configured monitors and removing the bot from your server. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service or its users.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
